From 2024, we have launched a Corona mirror with light control, and this model has adjustable light that is controlled via the integrated touch panel. The Corona mirrors without light control cannot be dimmed as the driver fitted to these models is not dimmable.
Contact your dealer and they will help you. It may be that the driver has failed and a new driver can be ordered as a spare part. You can read more about the service life and troubleshooting of lighting here:
Many paint manufacturers do not always use standard colours, but instead mix their own colour shades and mixtures that are analysed and coded with an NCS code, such as 1357-Y93R. Mixtures of this type are something the paint manufacturer has produced, and the NCS code lacks an S in front of the first four digits. S in front of the numbers indicates that the code is standard, and is part of the Second Edition, 1950 standardised codes. Many of the colours with and without S can be quite similar, but in some cases there are significant differences. Therefore we cannot use codes that are missing an S in front of the first four numbers. The paint manufacturer should be able to help you find the nearest standard NCS code if you require it.
Not all furniture has a colour code, e.g. those that have a structure in the surface, but you are welcome to contact us at mail@dansani.com, or phone +45 73 22 29 00, and we will help you find the code you're looking for.
Minore and Shape basins and worktops are made of acrylic-based composite, an aluminium hydrate as a "filler" and a binder. Composite requires maintenance, refer to our care and maintenance instructions. See maintenance instructions below. Silestone Unique basins and worktops are made of quartz composite which is stone material and a binder. Silestone consists of at least 90% quartz. It is very user-friendly in terms of maintenance, and it is also resistant to acids and scratching. You will find care and maintenance instructions for Silestone here:
Marble basins are made of a mineral powder, polyester and binder. The basins are cast in closed moulds and surface-treated with a clear gel-coat. Marble is often straighter in its lines than porcelain, but requires more maintenance. Porcelain consists of real sanitary porcelain, which is a strong ceramic material with glaze. When the basin is fired at 1,220 degrees, the glaze melts to form a hard, smooth and shiny surface that is easy to keep clean. As a result of the firing, the porcelain may have variations in its surface and there are allowable tolerance measurements for the porcelain. These tolerance measurements are listed in the price lists in our catalogues. Please refer to our care and maintenance guide for more information:
Stains on the surface can in most cases be removed with a so-called Nano-sponge/magic sponge. This applies to both marble and composite. Limescale deposits can be reduced by cleaning the basin frequently. If there are scratches in the marble, you can polish the sink with a fine polish and finish the basin with wax, for example car wax. If there are scratches and small nicks in a composite sink, it can be sanded with fine sandpaper, grade 1000 or a sanding sponge. If the treated area appears shiny after sanding, it can be sanded with grade 800, followed by grade 600 and finally finish with a soft, dry cloth. Always start with grade 1000. Please refer to our care and maintenance guide for more information:
There is no exact answer here as it varies slightly depending on which furniture range it is. The details are shown in the installation instructions that are enclosed with every delivery or you can also find them on our website.
Our LED lights with lighting control do not match other suppliers' mirrors or mirror cabinets. Our lights depend on the electronics/driver and the touch panel we use on our mirrors and mirror cabinets. The LED lights from Mido, Libra and Vela can be purchased separately. They should be connected to 230V and do not need a driver. These lights cannot be dimmed.
